Networked Temperature and Humidity Sensor
The Networked Temperature and Humidity Sensor from Fidar Electronics reads ambient temperature and relative humidity from one point, each with its own alarm threshold. It runs standalone on its own IP address with a built-in web page.
Reads temperature and relative humidity together
−40 to 125 °C and 0–100 % RH measuring range
Independent alarm thresholds for each value
Built for continuous environmental monitoring
Own IP address and built-in web page
Powered by PoE or a 48 V adapter
DHCP or a static IP address
SNMP monitoring in PRTG and SolarWinds
Temperature and humidity only make sense together. In a server room dry air invites electrostatic discharge while damp air brings corrosion and condensation on boards; in storage the pair decides shelf life, and in a greenhouse it decides growth. This sensor reads both from a single point, so the two values are simultaneous and comparable, and each can carry its own threshold.
